Isalys Consulting is actively looking for a Civil Construction Engineer Consultant to join our teams in the Transport/Energy sector.
Your role :
Overseeing projects and maintenance on the site’s infrastructures:
- Building roofs (frames, cladding, roofs, walkways, etc.), Runways, roads, parking lots, pedestrian walkways, equipment foundations (foundations, walls, gutters, seals, etc.),
- New works and technical support (small to large projects), Infrastructure maintenance (small to large maintenance)
- Phasing of activities: Preparation:
- Collection of needs
- Understanding of problems
- Search for technical solutions
- Call for external engineering offices or surveyors
- Layout plans, guide plans, bills of quantities, specifications
Business management:
- Calls for tenders
- Opening of the construction site
- Follow-up of the realization (focuson safety)
- Administrative management (SAP-ARMP)
- Management of the plans
- Archiving
Profil
- Engineering (Master’s) Degree as a Construction, Civil or Industrial Engineer
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- You have Project Management skills
- Having team management skills is a plus
- Must be physically fit: able to move around in industrial halls – no fear of heights
- Excellent command of French/Dutch and good command of English (minimum B1-B2 level)
