Job Description and Missions

As a SAFe Scrum Master consultant, you will be expected to:

- Coach and guide teams on agile values, principles, and practices, Scrum.

- Facilitate ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Assist the Product Owner in maintaining the product backlog to ensure that the necessary work is well understood so the team can continuously progress.

- Ensure the adaptation of processes/workflows to guarantee optimal agility, suited to the team or a project.

- Unite and coach a development team organizationally to foster self-organization and cross-functionality.

- Help the Scrum team avoid or remove obstacles to its progress, whether internal or external to the team.

- Facilitate exchanges between different project stakeholders (developers, integrator, architect, product owner, QA, business) as well as between different development teams.

Desired Profile

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as task definition, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• Several years as a Scrum Master in the SAFe methodology
• An understanding of agile values, principles, and practices
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• An ability to analyze, think quickly, and resolve conflicts
• An ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Asana

Your remuneration will consist of a fixed salary, defined according to your seniority and responsibilities as an ISA Consultant, as well as bonuses and legal social benefits.
Remote work has become essential, with the majority of our teams benefiting from 50% of their working time. However, the client site remains the preferred place to develop skills as a Consultant.
