  • Implement our values, including Communication, in favour of internal dialogue and Humility, which leads to considering differences.

  • Operate transparently and in compliance with laws and regulations.

  • Reduce our environmental impact by promoting public transport 

  • Establish fair supply chains for our consumables and have recycling for our waste

Memberships and Certification

The formalization of our CSR actions and commitments has led ISALYS to adhere to the United Nations Global Compact and to be assessed EcoVadis Bronze in 2021 and EcoVadis Silver in 2023.

Our internal ambitions in terms of CSR for the coming years are strong and are structured around 4 pillars:

Based on a GHG assessment carried out across the 3 scopes, we implement concrete actions: 

  • Reduction of energy consumption in offices

  • Encouragement of sustainable mobility : electric fleet, soft mobility, public transport …

  • Management, recycling, and recovery of waste

  • Responsible sourcing

And, once we have reached the possible limits of reductions, we implement  carbon offsetting solutions to achieve this.

Well-being at work begins with engaging in stimulating activities that contribute to personal growth by feeling fully integrated and belonging to the company. Each Manager thus supports their teams in defining and facilitating the achievement of professional projects.

To go further, each subsidiary of the Group engages in concrete actions in favor of : 

  • Diversity and equal opportunities : raising awareness of diversity, support and training 

  • Quality of Life at Work with a comfortable environment, space for dialogue, openness to work arrangements, efficient organization, and a caring and dynamic spirit.

ISLAYS mobilises its teams beyond the company's mission. Each subsidiary defines the causes to support each year : 

  • Training the youngest by raising awareness of our professions, welcoming interns and apprentices into our teams

  • Providing our skills and time to associations and NGOs

  • Getting involved and sponsoring

Commitment of the founders from the formation of the Group, to develop a business honestly, transparently, and respectfully. 

Laws, regulations, ethics, non-corruption, and respect for individuals are enshrined and non-negotiable.

The activities, development strategy, and operational methods are expressed and shared.

The CSR policy is shared with all teams and extra-financial reports are communicated in accordance with the CSRD.

The ISALYS Group applies the same CSR requirements to all its supplies and purchases. Our suppliers must commit, and our purchases are validated according to a clear assessment: necessity, recycled, recyclable, durable, in order to limit our impact even before the acquisition of services or products.

Beyond the internal

The ISALYS Group goes beyond labels and its internal policy. Our ability to positively impact is much broader and mainly plays out in the projects we undertake on behalf of our clients. 


Our activities are directed with a firm choice : to generate the majority of our revenue from projects related to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and to refuse to engage in subjects that would go against them. A strong choice.
