  • Building and advising on a suitable and balanced solution in expertise, capacity for realisation, cost

  • Selecting and mandating the teams that will take on the activity 

  • Structuring the intervention, monitoring it, and ensuring the added value provided

  • Technical Assistance : the ISALYS teams are integrated into the client's project teams.

  • Globalisation : the interventions of several ISALYS consultants grouped together.

  • Service Centre : A team of consultants ensures the delivery of several units of work 

  • Project Team : A multidisciplinary team, managed by an ISALYS project manager, ensures the completion of the entire project that is delegated to us 

  • Fixed Price and result commitment as long as the objective to be achieved is measurable and the team can work autonomously.

The intervention terms are determined based on the project needs and the expectations of our client. ISALYS has the ability to intervene in 5 modes of intervention :


  • Technical Assistance : the ISALYS teams are integrated with the project teams, and the client retains overall control of their project.


  • Globalisation : the interventions of several ISALYS consultants are globalised within the same contract


  • Service Centre : A team of several consultants, managed by a team leader from ISALYS, ensures the completion of several units of work 


  • Project Team : A multidisciplinary team, managed by a project manager from ISALYS, ensures the completion of the entire project entrusted to us 


  • Fixed Price and Performance Commitment as long as the objective to be achieved is measurable and the ISALYS teams can work in total autonomy.
